Kicking Saturday off with some lower body! My legs and buns are on ! Hurts so good! Love being able to pick a program based on how I'm feeling everyday. Pregnancy takes such a toll on your body and I feel like I'm sore in different places so it's so convenient to be able to bounce around! Plus everything is all laid out for me so I don't even have to think of what do to, especially since my brain has pretty much left my body these last couple of months . Happy weekend!!

HELLO belly! Slow moving 3rd trimester workout this morning ️ while I try and kick this cold that seems to have sprung up. Yesterday I listened to my body and rested but today I needed that small endorphin release to kick my energy levels up! It doesn't have to be much but I find that if I do even just a little I actually feel more like myself. ️ having multiple workout options available at my fingertips to choose from depending on what I need each day! Tired ️ Achy ️ Heavy ️ Yep. Pretty much par for the course these days to wake up still feeling exhausted and like my body ran a marathon overnight. BUT I'm also waking up feeling: Motivated ️ Inspired ️ Determined ️ Last night we heard the coaching story of one of my friends who has taken her business and climbed her way to the top changing the future for herself and her family through hard work, persistence, and dedication. Talk about lifting you up and lighting for your fire! Today is also day 1 in our group for a number of challengers who have decided to invest in their health and take on a 3Day cleanse to get rid of the bloat and detox before the craziness of the holidays. Even though I can't do it with them I am right there cheering them on every step of the way . Today also marks the 8 week mark until baby #4 ! It's crazy how fast this pregnancy has gone by but I'm getting more and more excited each day to meet our newest little boy! It also means I have 8 weeks left to keep pushing for my goal of a healthy and fit pregnancy. I may get slower and heavier but I'm determined not to get discouraged! 32 weeks down, 8 to go! I got this!

Reflection Sunday! 🤔 I look back on the 20 months since I started coaching and beachbody programs. I was 6 weeks postpartum, exhausted and emotional after my 3rd baby. I thought after 3 pregnancies 🤰there was no way I'd ever get my body back. My kids took up all of my time, which I loved, but I also knew something was missing. Was I happy? Yes! But was I completely fufilled? I'm not so sure. After the weight started creeping off with the 21 day fix I realized that it IS possible no matter how many babies you have. It's not easy, but with hard work and dedication it can be done. Even more, I realized coaching fulfilled a void I didn't even know existed. I was doing something that was my own and I loved doing it! Not only was I doing something for me but I was helpings others at the same time..and was also making a little extra income for my family. It felt GOOD, and I knew I had found something amazing. It's now been 20 months and I've held myself accountable, met TONS of incredible people , have helped women gain back their post-baby bodies, their self-confidence and reach their goals. All while also being able to contribute financially to our family. It's a win/win situation. As I now prepare for baby#4 I feel this excitement starting to build. Excitement to get back % into my programs and work with my coach and team to reach my new postpartum goals all while helping other new mamas reach theirs. I did it before and now I know I can do it again and they can too! You CAN have it all and I want to help you! First workout of my THIRD trimester ! This far I've done my best keeping up with workouts and staying more or less (I mean I'm pregnant come on ) on track with my eating! This is a huge difference from my last 3 pregnancies. I can easily say this time is different because of the tools I have and the community I'm surrounded with. I see these women day in and day out pushing towards their goals despite obstacles that I've never even known. The excuses they could use to throw in the towel could put mine to shame. Yet they keep going and never give up. It's so inspiring and motivating. These ladies are the force behind me whispering "you can do it" everyday. They give me confidence in myself and once you have this belief in yourself, you become unstoppable! So blessed to be part of something so special.28 weeks and going strong!
A lot of women neglect their core when they are pregnant but did you know training your core can help relieve back and pelvic pain, help you have a more comfortable pregnancy, and even improve your chances of having a smooth postpartum recovery?! After your first trimester it is advised to avoid laying on your back for prolonged periods of time so I've been focusing on standing Ab work! It may feel silly but I promise they help!! Here are 5️⃣ moves I've been doing to promote a strong core: 1. Standing crunches 2. Front kicks 3. Side knee raises 4. Side bends (with or without weights) 5. Standing bicycles 🤰 I feel like I should add the disclaimer that I'm not trained in prenatal exercises, these are just some of the moves I've picked up from prenatal workouts along the way! TGIF!
Top 5 reasons why I ️ working out at home: ⏰ I can fit it in whenever I have a pocket of 20-30min free time. Today I knew my morning was super busy so I brought my laptop in the kitchen while the kids ate breakfast and 30min later, BAM done. I don't have to get everyone ready and out the door to go to a gym. With 3 kids, soon to be 4, it's just not going to happen right now. Now, I can workout, shower and get ready in under an hour. Time is precious! It's effective-everything is laid out, even which workouts to do each day and what to eat. It's like having your own personal trainer in your home! ️️It's never boring- with so many programs to choose from I can move from one to the next, never getting bored and changing my muscle memory! It models a healthy and fit lifestyle for my kids- even if they are keeping busy they are always watching
After 4 days of not working out and #eatingallthefood it was time to get back on track today! My brain was screaming in protest the entire time but I pushed through and now I feel so much better! It's amazing how great you feel getting back to it after a couple days of old habits! 28 days until Christmas! Let's pusshhhh! Happy Monday, #getitdone !
In my previous pregnancies I always craved mocha frappucinnos from Starbucks. I think it was one of those "I'll never drink these when I'm not pregnant so let's get after it" kind of indulging. They were delicious but loaded with sugar (58g!) and fat. I was getting them a couple of times a week, and getting size grande. oink oink . Happy to say this pregnancy I have found a MUCH healthier alternative in my cafe latte shakes. They taste even better, are CHEAPER, satisfy my craving and are completely guilt free - in fact they even serve as my prenatals. Win win! Today was vegan cafe latte with almond milk, natural peanut butter and banana. My favorite...and as you can see maybe someone else's favorite too .
I've gotten some messages recently about how I'm still working out 31 weeks pregnant and I'm here to tell you it's wayyy more about the mental benefits than the physical at this point. My days are a whirlwind. Sometimes I feel like I'm so tired that I'm in a fog or my kids are testing the tiny bit of patience I have left. My hormones are raging and my body is aching. My workout is the ONE thing that I can control and I can do for myself. By taking that 20-30 minutes each day I am releasing built up stress, giving myself more energy and doing something for ME. Even on days I fight it every step of the way I know if I can just get active for a little my entire day will go better. So even though in the beginning it was mostly about staying fit and healthy through my pregnancy now it's also about staying sane
