I’ve been MIA for a while because of exams and self preservation BUT IM BACK AND EXCITED TO START THE NEW YEAR. . I know the classic “I’ll just start being healthy on January 1st” thing is super popular but but but what about starting NOW?! I feel like going 0-360 is really difficult so starting to take steps now is way more effective like trying to increase your steps or water intake or making it to the gym a few times this week. Have fun with friends and family and study hard but don’t sacrifice fitness just because it’s easy, figure out easier ways to make it work for your schedule are more rewarding. . To be honest i feel like getting through exams and the holidays is easiest when you also have time dedicated to prioritize yourself and how you feel WHICH INCLUDES HEATH AND FITNESS. . How do you plan on making sure you don’t sacrifice your well-being this holiday season?
