Today was a rest day, can you tell? 🤔 Oh well decided to go hard & burn out on grip strength and power. Only fingers, No feet , The usual. Grip strength comes in all forms , here’s a mix of grip training from tonight. I get asked a ton on how to build grip strength, here’s one way, the system board . It can help you build finger strength and power. Just keep in mind, tendons take way longer to strengthen than muscles, so be patient & conscious on the board when training your fingers. It takes time. You might have the muscle strength but if your tendons aren’t conditioned then that should be your focus so that you don’t acquire a finger injury. Hangboards are great tools for beginners & even experts can be used at home! Have questions on techniques or anything ? Feel free to message me or ask below.
