Exercise tip ‼️ For that rounded should look I like to incorporate a little more concentration exercises like the side lat raises. However I sometimes like to change this exercise to incorporate some mobility work. - Simply by using a barbell instead of a dumbbell or cable. Go central on the barbell using a low weight for around 10-15 reps for 3-5 sets.
