Straddle press to handstand progress! This was after a 90min GymnasticBodies Foundation workout. Contrary to popular belief, a great workout shouldn’t leave your gas tank on E In actuality, a great workout should make you feel stronger when you are finished. After a total body annihilation I was able to achieve what I would call my most “effortless” straddle press to date. I felt so good after my workout that I even had the strength to lower into a true negative stalder. (Without my thighs resting on my arms) Moral of the story. Don’t forget your mobility training.
