Spiritual/Emotional/Psychological Problems - I was listening to Lewis Howes' podcast and he had Dan Millman on as a guest. Dan is the author of 'The Peaceful Warrior' and many other books. Dan mentioned that many people approach him with emotional/spiritual/psychological problems and the first things he usually asks these people are these 3 questions: - ▪️Are you getting regular, moderate exercise? ▪️Are you eating a healthy and balanced diet? ▪️Are you giving yourself adequate rest? - Dan addresses these 3 things first because they are the basis of our everyday life. Incorporating physical activity, a balanced diet and adequate rest to our daily routines will only benefit us in the other areas of our lives. Like me, his general suggestion is for people to start slow. Start slow and work your way into it. Dan says that once a person is able to improve these 3 aspects of their lives, suddenly their emotional/spiritual/psychological issues start to fade away...Never permanently because there's no such thing but he does say that they fade away - What do you guys think about this?
