Good morning & a happy Monday I want to start by saying this video is sped up so keep that in mind when you perform these exercises! I want them done slow & steady with holds! This is a combo I like to do as a warm up before my more glute/booty focused days! I will start with some light static stretching move on to this dynamic/active stretching (aka activation) then perform my actual workout. This could probably also be done as a finisher! 1. Single leg hip thrusts- 2x10 push up on your heel and hold at the top for a second 2. RB kick backs- 2x10 go nice and slow and hold at the top for at least a second and squeeze the glutes 3. RB hip thrust with abduction- 2 x10. push up using your hips keep resistance on the band by pushing your legs out slightly then once at the top perform an abduction move then come back down so your butt lightly taps the ground then go into the next rep 4. Straight leg abduction- 2x10. Being in comp shape may look great for the camera but it's just not sustainable.. at least for me anyway! I love the thrill of stepping on stage, I thrive on the discipline of getting my body to that condition but I also happen to love Nutella!! 🤣Balance is key! #asnfuelled

Monday- get it done! Weighted cable squat jumps. Today i only had 40 minutes to get in a decent leg workout. Cables or dumbbells are great for when you don't have time to set up between exercises. Just because its not your traditional style, doesn't mean it's not effective. (You can't see my face but this was the 6th superset and i was dying)
