100ml de óleo de coco (1/2 xícara) 
1 1/2 xícara de açúcar demerara 
1 xícara de farinha de arroz
1/2 xícara de farinha de amêndoas ou polvilho doce
1/2 xícara de fécula de batata
1 colher (sopa) de fermento em pó
1 colher (sopa) de essência de baunilha (opcional)
 Modo de Preparo: Em um recipiente junte a farinha de arroz, fécula de batata e polvilho. Reserve. Bata os demais ingredientes no liquidificador e depois junte as farinhas, não bata, incorpore com um fouet, por último, adicione o fermento em pó mexendo delicadamente. Unte uma forma grande com óleo de girassol e polvilhe fubá (o bolo fica com uma cor mais uniforme) ou farinha de arroz. Leve ao forno pré-aquecido em 180 graus por 30 a 40 minutos. Faça o teste com um palito. Cobertura: Derreta chocolate em barra meio amargo no microondas, ou, faça uma redução de água ou leite vegetal, chocolate em pó e pouquinho de açúcar demerara, açúcar de coco ou adoçante. Outra opção é acrescentar um pouquinho de amido de milho à mistura de leite vegetal para encorpar melhor. (Adicione cerca de 1/2 colher de amido para cada 2 xícaras de leite, dissolva o amido ao leite frio). I don’t always do dedicated arm workouts, but when I do, I make sure to do them shirtless. . (Random old pic from a couple years ago. Don’t worry, it was 1am and the gym was empty) . For real though, incline dumbbell curls are one of the very best bicep movements out there because of the really deep stretch you get in the bottom position. . Effective arm training is pretty straightforward overall (and the bulk of your gains will just come from compound chest/back/shoulder training anyway) but you might as well optimize it while you’re at it. . Don’t let your elbows drift too far forward on these (this shifts the stress onto the front delts instead) and keep your elbows tucked into your sides. . Also make sure to keep your wrists neutral (don’t flex them) and also don’t curl the weight so high up that the tension leaves the biceps. Just curl until you feel a full contraction and then lower back down.
