E no desafio aumenta mais pra você? siga essas as dicas para passar sem cometer excessos, na alimentação, para chegar no Resultados 1) Para evitar que a sua alimentação vire uma bagunça, crie uma rotina alimentar para o final de semana também. 2) Não julgue os alimentos. Sabe aquela separação feita de "alimentos bons" e "alimentos ruins", deixando os ruins para comer no final de semana? Esse julgamento te possibilita comer em excesso, fique atenta. 3) Se tiver algum evento, não vá com fome. Assim você consegue aproveitar mais a companhia das pessoas presentes e evita excessos alimentares. Vamos socializar, beleza. 4) Se alimente de forma equilibrada sem pular refeições e beba água também. E se tiver bebida alcoólica no teu final de semana, lembre-se de alternar o consumo com a água. 5) E se em alguma refeição você exagerou, não desista e retome o foco já na próxima refeição. We are so quick to support other people that we haven’t known longer than a New York minute, however we can never support ourselves! Question, who have YOU known longer than YOU?! We become so disillusioned by our own setbacks and shortcomings that we forget about who we truly are? How is it that we can forgive our mothers for not teaching us to be Godly women, our dads for leaving us, daddy-less, and the men in our lives for betraying us, and yet we don’t extend that same grace and understanding for ourselves?! Here’s the thing, GOD made us exactly who we are, and who HE wanted us to be. In HIS IMAGE, our imperfections make us perfect! Because of my own years of masking my brokenness, GOD has shown me how to empower other women to remove their veils. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love supporting other women, however I am my own best project! How can I put the oxygen mask on my sisterfriend, when I’m five miles to empty, gasping for air?! Once we truly begin to love and support ourselves, we will show up in the world differently! Our broken relationships are a mere reflection of the broken way we view ourselves!
