Then bring in all these below! 1 tsp cocoa powder is 1net carb for 1 Tablespoon. .3 net carb. 1oz cream cheese. .5 carb 5 drops of sweetener. 0 carb 2.4 carbs! I split it into 2 servings... 1.2 each! It's so delicious! Hey guys! Long time no talk... as most of you guys know I’ve been struggling. I lost a lot of weight on Keto and I felt great on Keto and I was so determined on Keto for quite awhile. I still like Keto but I am really struggling to get back into Keto, it’s also hard because I’m cooking for a family of 4 now. You all know I’ve done several plans over the years and Weight Watchers was one of them. I’ve decided for now to go back onto Weight Watchers. I’ve chosen this for a few reasons. First to get me back into the routine of measuring and weighing portions. Second I think it will make it more flexible for cooking for my family. Third I really love fruit and I’m hoping being able to eat fruit will help me kick my processed sugar cravings. I have totally been binging on ice cream and candy and cookies and every time I try to go back on Keto the cravings are so strong that I cave. I know part of this is my mind and I need to be stronger then my cravings but I also need to do what will work for me in the moment. For now that means Weight Watchers. I may go back on Keto at some point and with WW besides fruit I am going to try to focus on lower sugar and lower carb items because I know carbs in general are bad. But I’m not going to totally restrict my carbs. I will still be rooting for all my Keto peeps and my 21 day fix peeps and my WW peeps.
