REVERSE DIETING FOR WEIGHT LOSS - How many of you have seen Instagram friends or gym friends or inspo people say โ€˜I reverse dieted and lost weightโ€™? Or โ€˜I reset my metabolism because it reverse dieted and so lost fatโ€™. I see it ALL the time. - Basically what these people are saying is that they slowly INCREASED their calories and LOST weight... Another Saturday check in Today's weight dropped massively pulling my average down. Mean weight is 137.3. Exactly 1lb down. 8 lbs down in three weeks. Nothing drastic but maintainable and considering I'm yet to feel like I'm dieting it's been pretty simple so far. Legs look the best they have ever done tbh. Mid section is looking much better too Starting my new diet today so a 2-300 drop in cals but with slightly less daily activity. Hopefully chip away at another 2-3 lbs next week.
