When I first heard this quote a few years ago, it hit a spot deep inside me. I had realized that I had spent years upset with decisions my younger self had made. #warriorwednesday Trying to turn a new leaf and start getting my workouts in early! ️ It’s only day 3/80, but I’ve been getting it done and so far it feels great!! I don’t like getting up while it’s still dark out, but to have an actual morning and to get my workout done when my energy is high has been!! Plus, it’s hard to make excuses when I see my accountability group showing up every day and busting their butts, giving it their all!
