#transformationtuesday This Tuesday I'm focusing on my hair transformation. Today I went lighter with my color and will continue over a few more sessions. I will still keep dark but just want to add some dimension to my hair. I've had the same color/style for like 15 years. I'm changing in so many ways and I want all of it to reflect out. I'm finally at a place where I feel proud of myself. I don't feel like I need to always hide in the back corner. I want to finally be seen. S T A R C L I E N T A W A R D Saw this post and thought it described @franchurch19 petfectly! Fran is a dear friend of mine who has been struggling with her weight for a long time. She started PT sessions to help reach her goals three weeks ago. In this short time she has lost over half a stone and gained so much confidence back already! I’m so proud of how far she’s come in the first couple of weeks and can’t wait to see where we will be in the next few months! Her dedication shows that we can all achieve results, but you’ve got to work for it! Many of my clients only come in twice a week to workout, these are both with me, and rarely come in outside of those sessions. There is only so much your PT can actually do FOR you, the rest has to come from your own input. We are not there to bat food out of your hand late on a Friday night, we can’t wake you up and get you out for that early morning run on your day off. We can’t be there for you every second of the day, but with the right tools we can set you up with the perfect plan to help you stay on track when we aren’t there. Fran has taken my advice and programs and made her fitness journey her own, she has planned her workout times, prepped her meals and set some brutal alarm clocks. In doing this, she has committed fully to her own happiness and for that, she is a perfect client! She really has gone above and beyond to make sure she gets those results she is after, without sacrificing too much of her life for her goals. If you are not getting results, consider what you’re doing for the rest of the hours you aren’t training in the gym? Are you putting in as much effort as you could be? It may be necessary to sit down and reconsider how much of your own time you are dedicating to your own journey.
