This was me. I never cared too much about what I ate or fitness. My lifestyle was fast food, lazy workouts if any, and I had no discipline. Every time I saw myself I knew I could do better, So I decided to make a transition. I realized you have to make the decision to take health seriously and be consistent. Most people don't live a healthy lifestyle because they don't know how to exercise or how to eat with proper nutrition. At the time I wished I had a trainer to help but I didn't. So I learned everything the hard way on my own. I taught myself what exercises to do, how the body works, and how dieting the right way can make an enormous difference with results. We all do the best we can no matter what, but when you come to the understanding that your body is your survival machine, what's keeping you alive, you begin to focus on how to take better care of it. I have changed a lot from before, but that's only the beginning of my journey. Follow me and I'll be sure to share tips with you along the way.
