We want to encourage You to take the time to take care for yourself and set your SMART health and fitness goals. Attending your Pilates sessions regularly is part of that and taking other small steps (see below) to care of yourself every day is very important, it adds up to big changes in attitude and perspective. We are here to help your health and fitness goals, small or big. Eat Well, Move Well and … Do stuff that matters for your health! - Create a daily program that focuses on restful sleep. - Use deep breathing to help develop your awareness. - Practice daily mindfulness exercise like Pilates and Yoga or simply mindfulness movement e.g. walking - Eat a healthy diet with high concentration of phytochemicals. - Learn to quiet the reactive brain through self-awareness i.e. observing your reaction instead of reacting. - Practice self-reflection, visualisation and conscious choice-making.
