Mainly, my waist is tighter ▫️ Personally, the absolute last things to lean out on my body are my legs and arms (arms are my lifelong nemesis lol ). We all have different areas that lean out faster and other areas that go slower - that’s simply your personal bodies genetic predisposition to store fat according to your dna. So thanks Mom and Dad ! ▪️ It’s important to realize that spot reduction of fat is a myth. If you focus on your diet and calorie needs your overall body fat percentage will drop and those stubborn areas will go away. So don’t stress if the areas you want to improve on aren’t going away as fast you’d like. Trust the process , be in it for the long haul ...double tap ️ • • •
